DPAC Meetings

All general meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday monthly (Sept to May except December &  March).

Each meeting uses the same link: https://surreydpac.ca/generalmeeting

Our meetings start promptly at 7 pm with an education topic, followed by our business meeting at 8 pm. While you do not have to be a PAC executive member to attend, you do need to be a current executive member and registered with Surrey DPAC to vote at our meetings (one vote per PAC).

All parents and caregivers of students in the Surrey School District are welcome at Surrey DPAC meetings. You do not need to be a PAC executive member to attend.

Registration entitles a PAC to one vote at DPAC meetings when a membership vote is required. Be sure to register your PAC’s current executive for this school year.

Check to see if your PAC is registered with DPAC for this year.

Canada Learning Bond Project: $ for Education

10 Walmart gift cards worth $50 each will be drawn for those who attend the presentation and fill in a short survey after the event.

 

Are you missing out on free money for your children’s education? Surrey DPAC is hosting an info session about the Canada Learning Bond (CLB) and British Columbia Training and Educations Savings Grant (BCTESG).

The CLB offers up to $2,000 for children born Jan 1, 2004 or later, with a family household net income of $48,535 or less.

The BCTESG offers $1,200 for all children between 6 and 9 years old.
