Book a Zoom Meeting for Your PAC

Surrey DPAC provides access to our Zoom licenses at no charge to PACs in Surrey who are currently registered with us so you can host your PAC meetings online or in a hybrid format.

We now use Calendly for self-service booking. You can see availability and reserve your own meeting time directly without waiting for manual confirmation.

Important details:

  • Each meeting can be up to 90 minutes for up to 100 attendees. If you need a longer time period, email us.

  • Accounts are ONLY to be used for PAC-related meetings and requested by a PAC Executive.

  • You must be a registered PAC with Surrey DPAC and an authorized executive to book.

  • Book the meeting for the exact start time of your PAC meeting. (You’ll have access to the room 15 minutes before your booked time to set up or pre-meet.)

  • Host codes will be sent separately to the authorized contact.

  • Meeting times must begin on the hour or half-hour.

  • Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

  • Dates are available on a rolling 90-day basis.

About Recordings:

  • If you choose to record your meeting, you must record to your local computer as cloud recording is disabled.

  • We do not recommend recording meetings to protect privacy and encourage open dialogue.

If you need to adjust your booking, please use the link in your confirmation email so that your time slot is released for others.

Canada Learning Bond Project: $ for Education

10 Walmart gift cards worth $50 each will be drawn for those who attend the presentation and fill in a short survey after the event.

 

Are you missing out on free money for your children’s education? Surrey DPAC is hosting an info session about the Canada Learning Bond (CLB) and British Columbia Training and Educations Savings Grant (BCTESG).

The CLB offers up to $2,000 for children born Jan 1, 2004 or later, with a family household net income of $48,535 or less.

The BCTESG offers $1,200 for all children between 6 and 9 years old.
