PAC

Schedule Your Zoom Meeting

Surrey DPAC has purchased it’s own licenses and will continue to provide PACs with Zoom meeting hosting, on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to request a booking, please fill out the form below. If that time slot is open, we will send you a calendar invite that you can add to your calendar along with instructions on how to open your Zoom meeting. If the requested time slot is not available, we will contact you and offer a different time slot.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please always submit your meeting requests via our online request form with a minimum of 48hrs. We can not accommodate requests for meetings within 48hrs.

*** Meeting start times must be on the hour or half hour as this is a Zoom scheduling constraint. You will have access to your meeting room 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled start time to prep or do a pre-meet with your team. ***

Please note:

If your PAC is not registered with Surrey DPAC, please register. You MUST be one of the executives or authorized person to request and host the Zoom meeting via this License. This will be verified using the minutes you provided with your registration.

To schedule your PAC Zoom meeting please fill in the following:

Once we receive all information requested, we will contact you with more information about your scheduled meeting.
